Benefits of avocado to ward off cancer and heart attacks

For those of you who want to look beautiful and sexy, it will usually stay away from the avocado fruit. The content is very high in calories and fat, not both assumed to be consumed by people who want to lose weight. But there are a good side, if you took it well then the weight will not increase.



Avocado fat is mostly monounsaturated fat. And according to research, monounsaturated fats can raise levels of good cholesterol (HDL), a small effect on bad cholesterol (LDL) and lower risk of heart disease. Monounsaturated fats are also found to help control diabetes.

Saturated fat prior to fitness can increase energy levels without weight gain. Avocados are also rich in vitamins and contain healthier fats, when eaten in moderation. By eating avocado as the main source of fat in the diet of diabetics, can reduce levels of triglycerides (blood fat) to more than 20%.

Avocado also can help prevent many types of cancer and other diseases. Because avocados contain phytochemicals, natural plant nutrients such as lutein and betasitosterol. So you need not fear eating this fruit, because there was an upside, too.
