Benefits of eating fish for your heart

Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health studied the relationship between fish consumption with the risk of heart attacks in men. They found that men who ate fish just twice a month, could alleviate the risk of ischemic heart attack blood vessels to certain areas of the brain was significantly impaired when compared with men who ate fish in smaller amounts or do not eat fish at all.
